★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here for a long time. The people are pathetic. They have problems with everything and everyone, especially if you are a tenant. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. There is no service road. The mud road behind the building is on someone else's property and subject to be closed as an when the actual property owner feels. The construction of the walls are pathetic. Too much water seeping from the columns. The building committee comes up with wierd and whimsical and sometimes even outrageous rules as far as the tenants is concerned. Be aware of taking a property here.

- A bit old building with high prices.
- 24x7 water and a nice view.
- Difficult to reach. The front gate is on highway and is difficult to reach. The back gate has a steep and dangerous road connected to it.
- Can find groceries and other necessities if you travel from the back gate towards Bavdhan.
- To use online services, mention the address as - "Zinnea Apartments, Bavdhan, near Chandni chowk", else the map connects the rear way, which is very difficult to enter.
- The security is a pain most of the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent housing society with easy access to highway, but the same can become a trouble if you are coming from Bengaluru side of highway. Recent construction related to flyover Bridge has made access and visitors parking a bit of an issue.

The biggest polution due to NH4 highway and Bridge construction.
Biggest fight with Builder Zinnea @ Surana ,Natekar, Bhansali with Zinnea Sco.
For parking, One time maintenance amount taken last 10 years @ this place,,,, maney legal letications, highest sco. maintenance.
Buyers must think twice to 20 times need to think it.
No amineties, swimming pool is cancelled.
