Their technician Rohan is superb , polite and helpful, he always fixes things with a smile and never lets us down. Thank you Alien Broadband for such a wonderful and efficient service.

β β β β β Using it since 3 months. Only 3-4hrs downtime experienced in 3months. Speed is v.good in dedicated 10Mbps plan. They should just do 1 more thing, i.e. inform on whatsapp/sms whenever they are expecting downtime. So that, people can plan accordingly. This one is Best in Kalyan.
