★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls stay away from this place. Gave stool sample for pin worm test which was visible even by naked eye. But these people gave a perfect report stating was normal. Even the doctor was horrified when we showed her the test result and the images taken with pin worm seen. They must have misplaced the sample and prepared a fake report OR the pathologist was a sample in himself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic center. Imagine your report is delivered to you with diagnostics such as 100. Calling customer care does not helps as they say they are not technical people. Money gone waste. Better choose a differeng diagnostics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite confirming an appointment and the tests a day prior the waiting time was high. The person at the reception seemed to confirm regarding the tests over phone. Its a small setup and not so easy to locate in traffic. Ample parking space available. Cashless transactions accepted and there is 10% discount for senior citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to get the blood test done on Sunday they don't confirm the results report on the same day. So if you have an appointment with doctor on Monday with these reports, you will be disappointed because there is no guarantee that you will go and see the doctor with these test reports. My disappointment was at 10:30am for PPP on Sunday. So i had to rush elsewhere for a guaranteed report.
The lab should mention the best collection time for "Sunday" in description which helps the customers. The customers will not know what time samples will be sent out to some other place and they don't want to miss it.
