★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trusted patho lab chain.They use all the latest and advanced technology to do the tests.The center is well maintained neat and clean, seating area is available.The nursing staffs are well trained and polite and take utmost care while collecting blood samples, you ll not feel the pain.They also the kiosk at the entrance to collect the reports, also send the reports through mail.

I booked one of the "swasth health" packages they had for almost 5000inr and the report did not come for till now.
It's almost been a month and a half.
Their customer service is nil. They have a number which is forever engaged or you are put on hold indefinitely.
The technician who collected blood says the sample has been sent to Delhi (god knows why!) And next day they tell us we need to collect blood again.
I lost the money and did not get the report in the end. This review is a warning to people not to book any expensive package and get duped!!

I went ACES layout branch lab and I give my blood for testing, next day I received my report and I went to the hospital for doctor consultation,after reviewing my report the doctor confirmed my SGPT level is very high and it’sin critical stage. (as per my report my SGPT level is more than 1000 & NORMAL IS BELOW 50) Next day because of this I went to my home town (Kerala) to consult my family doctor, I showed this report and he confirmed this report is 100% fake because if my SGPT is more than 1000 then definitely my body should show some symptoms. As per his advice I took another test and my report was normal (attached Lal path fake report & Original report). I am requesting everyone think two times before going to DR. LAL PATH LAB.

This is not the correct way of treating information. Just now I received a call saying covid report will be ready by tomorrow 4 PM.Now, what will I do with the report if it is not released on timely manner. Based on that report the patient has to undergo the surgery.
Kindly understand the value of time of a person.Now I don't know if the patient will be allowed for the procedure.
