★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service i got. Just for a replacement of bluetooth headphones they require the original box as accessories needed for replacement. We showed original invoice copy. What kind of nonsence that was if a product is within warranty just after 2months it got damaged. But they need the packing box... I haven't experienced such kind of service in other arcee shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever received I purchased a washing machine on 25th June 2020 I told them clearly that i know its a lockdown situation if you don't have stock take 7 days time and delivery me a fresh new product then to after 3 days I received the delivery and it was the same product which I saw in the showroom it was a demo piece so the very next day I told them I don't need this as I payed full 24000 for a product I did not expect a used one so then they took the product again and asked 15 days time to bring a new one so I agreed I said I know the situation so bring me soon as mom is very I'll do I needed urgently then the next time when I got the delivery it was fully damaged and used and a very old one the drum was broken and machine was not at all stable I send that return then they said it was our mistake we will order a new one and send u a fresh product within ten days so today is the tenth day its 16/08/2020 I waited from June to August for a machine delivery and now the person in the showroom her name is madhu she said me I will sure make the delivery today itself and now she says mam i did not commit you anything that I will delivery today she is asking more 2 days for delivery so this was the whole thing that happend with me
As I talked to Mr. Dev sir the owner or Arcee and Mr. Nair sir too still they provided me this kind of service I have still not recieved the delivery nor they gave me my money back
So I request u all never to visit AARCEE ELECTRONICS and never ever buy anything..........
Like I waited for 3 months for a delivery and still they are making excuses is this what a cust expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont Buy from here! Store Manager are very rude to customers & provide pathetic service! (Name - Madhu chauhan)
They scam customers by promising them a good deal and then telling them that it is no longer available. Additionally, they book the products at a discounted price only to cancel the order later saying they don't have stock. Display products are sold to customers instead of new/fresh products and people are scammed. Don't buy from ARCEE store in Vashi, especially that one in SATRA PLAZA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to waste your time definitely try this store. They have very limited options. They refuse me to buy their Ac. Staff have average knowledge. I will prefer vijay sales if u really want good service, product and hospitality.
I went to buy Ac i was ready to book the Ac but they said that u will not get any warranty and they have no reason for my warranty.
I will prefer go to vijay sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Hitachi split AC from Arcee electronics palm beach Galleria on November 21 and it is having issue with compressor and leakage just after 5months.
In today's world when e-commerce is booming only coz of quality may be if this is the quality you provide then best of luck.
I have informed the respective sales representative let us see if you could replace part within stipulated time period.
