★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 2021 - right now playstation 5 is in great demand but the supply is very low.. even during such circumstances the guy, siddhesh (maybe the manager or the owner himself), helped me get one.. I pre-ordered it offline on 7th june and on 10th june I received a call from this sony centre that they've received my unit.. thank you sidhansh electronics ✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever, they are not keen to sell their products. The salesman over there (Hashir)thinks like he owns the company, he is not at all interested to sell the products and is way ignorant. On top of it he will make sure you do not purchase any sony product from anywhere if not purchased from them. He will ask every details of your purchase if not with them portraying that he is very much sorry and will do anything to let the purchase you have done get cancelled.
