β β β β β Unprofessional behaviour of billing person. If you go for servicing our there they told you approx amount is less and when your get your bike they charged double amount.
Don't go here for servicing.

β β β β β Worst service center! Please trust me! Do not go to this service center. They are purely looking to extort money from you and do not even repair the vehicle. They will lure you by telling all the things they have to do on the vehicle but will never solve the real issue. I am going to consumer court for what they have done to my vehicle. They are the worst!

β β β β β I purchased Activa 125 Premium edition from here. Best estimation given by Omkar after checking all the Honda agencies near by.
Overall good experience of booking and delivery of my Activa. I had all the discussion and conversation with Omkar.
Starring with booking it took an hour with all documentation. After 5 days I received a call and asked to come for PDI. During PDI I rejected the assigned slot because it was having scratch in front body part.
Sales Manager asked to repair it with new body but when I visited again it was painting work for which I denied the delivery and asked for new Activa. After 15 days I got delivery & it took an hour to complete all the formalities with Number Plate.
Overall Good experience of Sales & Delivery.
1 start less for PDI check fail.

β β β β β This is worst service center. I came early by 8.30am thinking i can give early and take my bike back soon but even by 1.30pm they didnt touch my bike. They tell story this guy that guy leave holiday...
I suggest, never ever come for service at Viman Nagar Center. It's Very costly, irresponsible, careless, and above all no sense of timeliness.

β β β β β This place was better than any other service centers in Pune but in past few months but now the service level has fallen drastically.
Now they won't care what their customer want. Two of my vehicles CB Shine and Activa were serviced on this service center.
If you're expecting that you can get replacement parts easily at this service center. You're completely wrong. I'm struggling since last 2-3 years to get a few replacement parts for my bike.
High amount is charged everytime. Everytime they clean clutch assembly of activa and charge approx Rs. 400 and within 1-2 days, we can feel vibrations during pickup. When you visit again and ask them to check, they will clean the clutch assembly in front of you and this problem never rises again in next 4-5 months. Why?
We asked them to change the speedometer cable. They charged Rs. 99 for cable and Rs. 106 was labour charge only for replacement.
The labour charge was higher than the part replaced.
They will charge you extra approx RS. 220 for brake cleaning, while this should be included in service itself.
After servicing, all issues were same except washing. They don't care to lubricate stand, clutch brake levers and locks.
They won't care about the parts of your bike, even they damage the parts and the parts will not be available at the service center. ?
What they can do:
They can change the settings which you have not asked.
They can pour carbon cleaner and they don't even think about informing the customer.
The paid service charge is Rs. 389. This charge is only for washing, air filter & spark plug inspection and engine oil change. They have labour charge on every other work.
