★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care is horrible. U can only send infinite mails or call and hear to ivr indefinitely. Requested foreclosure and LOD and not received yet.. They make sure right things are not shared on time..i would not suggest BFHL to any one..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to spoil your mental peace and destroy your happiness in your life, please approach BHFL for a Loan. Systemic and well planned & professional harrassment of customers. They treat customer as king till disbursement of loan and ensure speedy sanction & dusbursal of loan. Once you are customer then you are at their mercy. Highly unethical in terms of interest rate reduction, switch fees charges, many more planned murder of customer. No transparent transactions. If you request for Foreclosure & LoD, then it's different world with different experience. Very very bad customer service. Please better not buy any home/ property by availability loan from Bajaj as you may not be at your peace to enjoy your dream home/ investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 1 star as they have the highest tenure and sanction amount and a speedy loan disbursement. But that's where their professionalism ends. They do not reduce ROI as per market rate, they charge more than 1 lakh to reset ROI by 0.60%. Pathetic response rate. All communications have to be via email and they will take 12 business days to respond, as per their guidelines. Even the phone number listed for prestige towers is for some one who doesn't even know the work timings. We reached the place to foreclose the loan as per the timings mentioned and it seems the office is closed and calling up this guy/ the phone number listed, he says "oh! i thought they are open till this time". God knows who this guy is and Bajaj should update the number or remove it!
The only bright point is the employees @ prestige towers. They are courteous and helped us through the full process of home loan foreclosure even though we reached after their office hours. This is also a point for the 1 star they are getting from me.
Now, the customer care, wecare@bajaj. Bunch of unethical pencil pushers. As per their email, they will stop charging interest as soon as the check or draft gets cleared for foreclosure. This is clearly mentioned in their FC letter. But still they have charged interest for one extra day, didn't even return the excess amount for the modt + processing loan. Sent them an email and of course the loan is foreclosed 10 days back and there is no response. They haven't even let us know when they'll sending back the original documents.
I've no experience with other loan agencies for home loan, but I can say from my ordeal BHFL can give any 1 a run for their money in being the worst. Don't get blinded by the higher sanctioned amount and longer tenure, if you can afford please visit a conventional lender than BHFL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housing finance has moved from residency road and there isn't any intimation online. Security doesn't have any contact numbers of Housing finance office (currently moved to Jayanagar). For reference please check the photo.

Very first the branch is highly crowded and no standard process of customer service it's a lottery system and after going through all the pain customer service representative will direct you to the mail IDs mentioned below. Don't waste time energy money to visit branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pl account with Bajaj housing finance
dispite of closing the loan, they have sent the loan closure letter and update the CBIL.
When I call the customer care , they always say that this loan details are not accessible. Will raise SR ticket and team will call back which never happened.
I also called the phone provided in the google search for respective branch, they always say wrong number.
This is kind of response to customers is pathetic and ensure no one falls trapped in the BHFL deals. They may give you good deal but when it comes to service is pathetic.
