★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who attended to me was very courteous, explained all the formality in detail and subsequently got my application approved in one instance, issued a new sim card and made sure to write the contact number of BSNL to either SMS/Call the number for final verification to activate the SIM completely. Thanks ? BSNL Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a swap sim for my BSNL prepaid (sadly no easier way around with BSNL). The CSC officer was helpful and explained the swap process very well. From time to time these swap sims are given free, but when I went it was the usual price of 50 Rs. I do not have any experience other than the CSC I interacted here.
