This is my latest review after been living here for 9+ months.
There were a few problems earlier with water supply but it seems that finally management took some action on it and it has been resolved.
Location is quite interesting as some of the biggest tech parks in are at walking distance. It's close to outer ring road but not too close so that you get bothered by all the traffic.
The place is well maintained and all the facilities are available nearby. Although there are some monkeys nearby who will surprise you now and then.
Some of the facilities here are : swimming pool, Table Tennis, a moderate gym, playing area for kids, a well maintained interior garden, half basketball court and a good view of Bangalore skyline from the terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and well thought out design. The fact that your children, senior citizens and every one else can walk all round the apartments without the fear of vehicles hitting you is a boon not available even in very top end apartments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful apartment, that’s just the right distance from the main road - close enough for easy access and far enough for the noise and honking to not become intolerable.
The lawns and flora are extremely well maintained. There used to be a bit of a monkey menace here, but that’s almost disappeared now (I wonder what happened to the monkeys).
The club house has a swimming pool (which is a bit small), a squash court, a pretty average gym, a table tennis setup, a billiards table, and a makeshift badminton court (on tiled flooring?). There is also a grass lawn where kids play football in the evening.
A side playground also includes cricket nets and a kids’ play area with swings, slides, merry-go-rounds, etc.
Location: 4/5 (the road leading up to the apartment has been dug up on the side for months)
Amenities: 3/5 (the club house could be better, especially the gym)
Greenery: 5/5 (nothing less than outstanding)
Maintenance: 5/5
Society people: 4/5 (there is a latent anti-bachelor feeling here, but only towards those that do deserve it)
Flats: 5/5 (spacious 3BHKs and penthouses)
Rent: 5/5 (decently affordable rent when compared to similar societies nearby)
Overall: 5/5
