★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place use to be good at times, however things have changed the quality of work have gone down and the price have sky rocketed.. I took my tata nano for break check, they charged me 500 bucks for checking the breaks and confirmed that all is well later while driving I was feelings that I was not getting power which I use to get earlier a week later I took the car again and showed them upon investigation they found the break cylinder for right front Tyre is not working and need a replacement.. Fine it happens however the worst part is that charged me labour for replacement, spare and 500 bucks extra for checking the break... What the hell you guys failed to find a fault at first attempt and charged me and charged me back for second attempt.. Why should I pay for your mistake.. Upon complaining the so called manager was offering me 5% discount on labor... I refused it and paid the bill... Will never visit them again.

It is service centres like them that people had stopped buying Tata cars.being a loyal tata customer I recommend not to go here for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Authorised service center of TATA motors for cars ??? located in Nerul near Uran Phata on Sion Panvel Highway. They have many offers. Service is good. Reliable service center in Navi Mumbai Nerul area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhatti motors is an authorized service center of Tata motors. I liked the attitude of the staff here. They are both professional and courteous. They also have a quick turn around except if you are giving the car for servicing.
They do a decent enough job. However, a word of advice: while giving your car for servicing, please have it checked in the system first so that there are no confusion on the things that needs to be done.
I also liked their vehicle pick up and drop facility. But to avail this facility, one needs to call at least a day in advance.
The only drawback is the approach road. The service road adjacent to turn towards Uran, from Thane Belapur highway is in a deplorable condition. So be careful.
Overall, it's a pleasure and a delightful experience visiting the service center.
