★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service!!! They attempted delivery just once and couldnt even care to inform that they wont be attempting delivery again.
Worst experience ever!!!!
The delivery person doesnt answer to the calls and no co-operation from onsite staff as well.
Worst service!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor.. service by thakurli station road branch.they will not attempt delivery for the address in MIDC Dombivali and every time write unreachable location.if they are not finding address they should call to customer.this is the 4th time experience that i have to collect my courier from their branch.so they are taking me for granted and not attempted delivery. i am calling from 2 days and they are not picking up any calls on landline & mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. Most of them elderly workers and no coordination among themselves. Despite of providing my tracking number, had to wait around 15 mins to get my courier by going to the collection center by myself.
