The place is extremely unhygienic and dirty. It is probably never cleaned.
The floor and the mat for practicing grappling both are literally covered in dust. While grappling, you're bound to swallow some dirt like I did.
Coming to the coach Mr. Babu, he is extremely coy and only wants to get money out of you. He will present himself as if he is going to provide training equivalent of a professional fighter, where in reality he only focuses on showing the students one or two takedown moves to impress and keep. And mostly all students just shadow kick and punch the bags or get on the mat to wrestle or punch each other without technique, without any proper instructions or guidance by the trainer whatsoever. The coach doesn't stress on technique or pain resilience or stamina or anything which is essential in the making of an athlete. It is merely a leisurely activity for everyone coming - trainer and trainees alike. He showed me one such move where I can take down my opponent and keep him pinned on my first class itself which I obviously wasn't able to pick up, but he was hoping to impress me with it like everyone else without any training or exercises or building strength or technique or anything which a real instructor would do. None of his students have ever competed at any level . He makes false promises about cleaning, the flexibility with timings, training and even things like planning to include a changing room with showers anything else you wouldn't expect anybody to lie about.
After paying for the classes, when I started taking classes, I realized I've made a mistake just after 2 classes. He wouldn't even refund the amount when I requested it, and blocking my contact number even. I really really urge anyone thinking about joining this gym, please don't make the mistakes I made. Look for a better place with better training and most importantly hygiene- the basic requirement of any service given. After all nobody would wants to catch a disease or infection. If you cannot afford a decent place to learn, I advise do not join anything like this to settle, it isn't even a decent workout place, or somewhere you learn actual MMA. It's really a waste.
