★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good coaches for individual martial art but they dont know what MMA is... they dont have sherdog record and MMA fighting experience and the coaches will not give any correction during practice..... yeah u will get good fitness but if u want to learn MMA then it's not the place .....

It is really worth paying Rs 35000 per an since what we learn here is three times much more intense than that of o personal trainer in Gym. I have also become active after attending these martial arts classes.
