1. Nature friendly layout
2. Brand "Brigade" type construction
3. Main Road property( NH 209)
4. 60 Acre self sufficient township
5. Nice connectivity, buse routes, near by upcoming metro.
Cons(Nothing directly from project):
1. NH 209 4 Laning is required immediately.
2. Metro extension is required upto kaggalipura( Ravishankar Ashram)
3. Required IT Park and Malls on Kanakapura Road.

It’s not too far to reach kanakpura road
It has beautiful interior designs and top floor east facing have all been sold
It’s luxurious and fashionable apartments beautiful place to stay in the serene settings close to art of living
Beautiful club house spacious and have a natural open swimming pool inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place to settle down, away from the hustle and bustle of the Bangalore city. Clean air, feels like living in a resort. As soon as the commercial complex comes up, especially when a bank and ATM is inside the complex, it will be self-contained. Ola and Uber are regularly available, even at midnight.
Just a couple of minor issues -
1. On the back side of the complex runs a small road, called the Pipeline Road, which is a short cut to the Art of Living Ashram. Occasionally, there is smoke on this road due to burning of garbage. Better garbage disposal may help maintain the current clean air.
2. Maybe BMTC can consider providing a 'request stop' for city buses. Currently, the nearest Saalu Hunase bus stop is half a km walk from the main gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been over 6 months now since I am staying here. Calm and peaceful abode indeed with good schools in the vicinity. Although workplace and shopping malls are a bit far but NICE road provides a good connectivity. Fresh vegetables and a shopping arcade at the main entrance fulfills the necessities. Of course looking forward to the upcoming hospital within the campus. Overall it's a very well maintained place. The sophisticated clubhouse consisting of all the amenities makes one feel like living in a resort everyday.
