★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good...the nature , outside..the interior design of flats , facilities like gym , swimming pool,carrom, table tennis are good ,even they teach zumba dance,and swimming classes....very good built apartment...loved it ?? there is even children play area.... And also karate classes for kids...
Main: WALKABLE DISTANCE TO NAMMA METRO..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment located on the outskirts (near to NICE road kanakapura road). If one has a vehicle to move around and like some place which is calm and away from the busy traffic and noise, this apartment is the place.
All amenities like gym, swimming pool etc are available within the apartment. There are grocery stores nearby for any daily needs.

However some issues must be addressed immediately.
1.Security issues
2.Compound wall is not proper in some places.
3. Last but not least.... T3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road leading to the Vijaya Heights is all broken, narrow and there is water logging in this area too. The ONUS is on the Apartment Builders to get this road fixed at the earliest, locality is what matters/, moreover the area is all kind of empty plots, wonder how good is the security of this place at night .!
