★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I admit my father to this hospital he was absolutely unconscious. Before that day my father at "NRS Medical College & Hospital" all day,he got no treatment no medicine at all. My father suffering a lot throughout this day. At morning my father's condition was detoriate he was suffering from oxygen. With 15ltr of Oxygen that's not enough for him that time. There was no time to think more,we signed bond paper and discharged him and took him to "Calcutta Heart Clinic" when doctors saw him and told us this patient need ventilation immediately. We say whatever need for him plz do doctor. After 2 and a half day my father get back from ventilation,and total 9 days he is in the hospital and came back. We never thought that position this will happed and he will come back. Doctor's fought so well, specially Dr. S. Chatterjee and his whole CCU team helped him to speedy recovery. I have no words for this whole team and hospital. I just say in a small words "Thank You". But I know this word is not enought for you doctors. But bottom of my heart I say "Thank You So Much" for your caring and support towards my father.

Well clean and services are good enough.
All staff behaviour with patient are also good.
Over all this hospital is very good, I am satisfied with the facilities of this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admitted here for 2 times before and after corona.The hospital is so neat and clean... hospital staffs are very helpfull. Doctors are really good...I was admitted under Dr. Nisith Karmakar (surgeon) and Dr. Atanu jana (Urologist) both are tremendously good. I must say about nurse and Aya didi..they are extremely caring, helpful and very humble in nature.
One thing the hospital charges are very reasonable than other hospitals in saltlake and other areas.

Starting from prompt ambulance pick up to admission and subsequent inpatient care has been exemplary. Critical care team took great care & stabilized her quickly. Expenses have been reasonable rather non commercial whereas facilities are at per with any branded facility in the city. I am personally thankful to Dr. Biplab Chandra & his team.
