Owner responded to my review:
"Yaa...Your Freind is Such a Perfect Customer.Refunded the Money before Given the delivery..Any tx for Feedback Given on behalf of Cx without Knowing the Facts."
Response to owner's comment below:
1. By refunding money, you have not done any charity. It was his right to get money back if he has not been provided the right service.
2. Refunding money proves that you made the mistake. hence you deserve 1 rating.
3. The tone of your response shows that you still dont understand that you goofed up. Rather it proves my point that you don't care about customer service.
Start focusing on providing right service and then have this arrogance. For now, you should start with apologizing for the inconvenience caused to the customer and assure others that this will not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud sellers. Read many negative comments still made a mistake of ordering there. They promised delivery within 3 days but its been a month now, i didn't receive my order. I regret paying the advance amount. When i asked for refund, they started giving lame excuses. I request not to order from them at all. Everyone knows about them and when i told about them to my friends, they said, they have copied the logo of Lenskart and they are just fake / duplicate. Still waiting for my refund. Never visit them. Suggest you to order lenses and don't give them advance. Once they get the lenses made, tell them that this is karma and never visit them again. They have looted hard earned money of many people. Let karma bite them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to get a new pair of specs. The store manager made false promise to deliver the specs within 2 days. However, I never got my specs even after 7 days. Whenever, I call them store manager made excuses that the glasses are at jail road. I got my specs after 15 days. The glasses broke on the same day as they were made from very poor quality. Visit Lenskart or Kalra opticals in sector 14 but not this branch. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting experience. I stay in sector 14 and regular customer of Lenskart. I found this shop, which has copied the logo of Lenskart :P. Collection of frames were outdated and not a single customer at the store. I read many negative comments but I still went to this shop. I ordered a specs, they took all advance, whereas, Kalra opticals and other shops just take 50 percent of the total amount. The store manager promised delivery in 3 days but it's been 1 month, I still didn't get my specs. I request someone to visit them, ask for no advance payment and never collect the specs. To teach them a lesson. Please do it if you love your sister.
Chanchal Saini is the store manager and she herself has rated 5 star for her store as a customer. All 5 star ratings are fake. This store has copied the logo of Lenskart. What else can you expect from them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price and good quality. Staff is super helpful. I personally had really good experience as I broke my glasses and needed one immediately. They made sure I got my spects within few hours only and that is exceptional specially considering current corona situation. Highly recommended.
