★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to purchase my lenses from Kalra Opticians since last 4 years, and I was very much happy with the service but this year due to this COVID-19 pandemic, I was out of Gurgaon and not able to get my Lenses here.
I just whatsApp them my details and with in minutes they called me back and not only arranged the lenses but also courier them.
They could have been charge me for this any amount but they are very professional.
What else a customer wants from a retailer. I am very much impressed.
