★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been looking around for a trustworthy optical shop as there are far too many all claiming to be the best. I decided to go to S R Opticals, a name that we had been associated with since childhood. Everything was perfect, right from the way the details were explained, to the way Dr Chhabra attended to us, delivery and the way he explained the way to use the glasses. I was really impressed. So why a 4 and not a 5 star. That's for selling an Indian Brand as a German brand. I was told that VZUN is the latest German brand with digital technology. The problem is not with it being an Indian or a German brand, the problem is with the way it was sold. It's the trust. People don't buy Zeiss or Essilor because they are German or French but because of the trust it has built with customers over the years and it's matter of one's eyes. In a nutshell you cannot trust anyone for what they are selling you.
