★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CRM team of this builder is worse ever seen I have bought flat in this society , after buy CRM will never pick your call and total tension to customer hence I propose untill completion of all amenities should no buy in this society. Builder and its team always be far away from you, but they will take from you full amount hence parking space also not enough at place of criket pitch they made parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to know about this project through one of my friend, visited the site and was impressed by the show flat. Sales person Mr. Srejit was very patient enough and explained everything to us, showed us around the property to know about the locality, very good location, very near to all basic requirements like hospitals, schools, metro etc. The price quoted is reasonable considering the amenities offered and hope it will be completed before schedule. Looking forward to move in to our own home in Bangalore. All the best to Concorde Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Review: Dont go for this property if you have other choices. OC received recently. Very very poor water proofing and overall construction quality. Cramped parking. Only one broadband service provider with no back up, that to have miserable service in area. If you are working from home and need good broadband it won't work out, slow speed, down time is frequent. Just ridiculous. For some reasons good ISP providers in the area are not given NOC to set up infra, so no option but suffer .??

Thanks to CRM team is also doing good whenever you have some queries, their reply is very clear, there is little bit delay in response but its ok.. also I thank to Catherine for the all my documentation queries, doubts explain better to understand so you don't worry about how will things move on.. i expect the same response from the team till all owners move in to their dream homes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good area to buy a flat and it's very near to the colleges schools hospitals and many more places and main things are the location is very easy to reach the hesarghatta main road and it's very near to the metro station and even the price is also so cheap in this locality and these are the very complicated 2. 3 and even one bedroom apartment in this area and this area is a very main area near the bagalgunte to hesarghatta so cheap price and its Good And its Coverd with Alexa and Smat Lock system and its like a Smart Luxury Homes
