Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly. All responses were prompt and professional. He was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me to find what I was exactly looking for also great customer service, no hold time when you call. Rates are good. I would highly recommend Go Digit Insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the decent functioning of digit insurance. I insured my flight ticket with digit insurance. When the operator cancelled the flight due to reasons of their own, I made a claim to Digit insurance. They, in turn , within 24 hours transferred the due amount to my bank. Great experience.
In future I will always purchase air ticket from makemy trip and insure with digital insurance.. Never thought it would be so much hassle free. Great experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Digit for travel insurance. For starters they provide the best rates across different platform. The process is seamless and hassle-free. The best part is their customer support, vasnavi had called to get some help, as it was not possible to resolve my issue on the phone they asked me to send an email. I was expecting the usual 48 to 72 hours TAT but to my surprise their TAT was less than 30 min. When i told them that it was a urgent request as i had an appointment the next day, they understood the matter and took measures to resolve my issue immediately. This definitely calls for a 5Star rating and it really felt like a personalized service. Well done Team Dight! Way to go...

Don't fool people's , please do response earliest for hassle free service for all costumers. Very tough time people contact you please help them to claim there policy what you guys promise while purchasing of your policy. I will never suggest anyone to buy your insurance.
