It's really a residential society with all basic amenities like Garden, Children play area, jogging track, a small temple, CCTV, 24*7 security system and Lift. No water issue is here. Transportation, School, Hospital, Malls everything is near by within 1-2 km.

Sales office staff is just selling the flats .
