★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a elliptical cycle and hardly use. After a year they called me for service and done a service. Just after a month, huge noise coming from cycle. They came for the inspection and charge me for that also. Product is bad and service is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought their one of the excersise machine which is stopped working after 6 months. I called them but did not get free service. Till today I am following with them and ready to do paid service but they r not giving any service.
First of all this product called Excel is worst quality and they r selling it for high price and service s worst. I recommend not to buy their product.

But again it goes back to worst level within a Week. While selling they tell of service from shop side,but once they sell they never worry about service. Then it's we who has to follow up

They also tell us on the use of the products correctly. They are not selling for sales purposes and not pushing the products to customers, instead they genuinely say the worth of the product.

Checked online and prices were high and shop gave me a good deal than online.
Will review the product in detail after 3 months use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Herculas TM29i treadmill on 31 May 2021. Price offered was very competitive however on Jun 9 it stopped working and I was not able to unfold, post that did not used until July due to health. Since August calling the vendor multiple times a day, sending test/WhatsApp message and simply they will respond today/tomorrow technician will visit. Now they have stopped picking call and responding to text message. My personal advice STAY AWAY from Doctorfit for equipment specially if you are looking for a service. Very unprofessional vendor. For peace of mind buy from other place. I do not recommend this vendor. Horrible and terrible experience.
