nagar. When I consult him I feel confident that my ENT related problems are resolved. Doctor explains so much patiently about all and listen to our problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted Dr Natesh(ENT) in 2018. Was given an appointment in the afternoon at 3, but saw this doctor at 5.30. Dr Natesh has no time sense whatsoever. The same happened to a friend of mine too who was made to wait for more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Moreover, Dr Natesh allows more than one patient inside the consultation room, and talks to different patients simultaneously which is so unethical. He wants you to explain your problem in front of another patient and then switches to another patient and asks their problem. I've never seen such a horrible doctor conduct like this. The overall consultation does not last for more than 10 mins and you cannot ask questions about your problem, because there is another patient next to you who also talks about his problem. He may be famous and experienced, but he needs to get some sense on how to conduct consultations properly and also arrive on time for appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had allergy problem , I consulted so many doctors but nothing happened, when I went to Dr naresh sir, it gone and now I'm fine , after 2 years later I got severe pain in ears coz of blockage and I am not able to hear anything, again I went to this doctor he treats me very well,the bestest doctor I have ever seen, please consult him without any fear and he is not Money minded! Very patience towards his patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the appointment is taking the waiting period is too high. The appointment should be given with requited time difference, so patients will not have to wait.
Secondly when patient takes the appointment to show the reports, the receptionist will not ask the who is the consulted doctor. This will lead to ambiguity and patient will reach hospital at different time and wait for the consulted doctor. many patients will not be aware the reports to be shown for the specific doctor. It would be the receptionist responsibility to guide the patient when they call to take appointment to show reports.
