★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Dr. Naveen for my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, he was very patient and explained the root cause for the same, suggested a nerve conduction study to ascertain the concerns I was facing and then advised that I either go with the injection or surgery
I have taken the injection and I am happy to share that I am feeling much better and not facing the concerns associated like numbness and pins and needles, this will completely go off after about a month but you also need to be careful about how you use your wrist for your day to day tasks for example if you use a Laptop do ensure that you use a wrist pad and mouse pad, using a standing desk also helps maintaining better posture while working for long hours!

The doctor is gentle and meticulous and explained every little thing with great patience using top notch graphics that further helped me understand what was causing me pain. He answered all my queries and addressed my concerns and did it all with a smile. How I wish more doctors could be like him! Also, staff at the Sports Orthopedic Institute are super organized. From appointment to tests and billing, everything was done efficiently without any delay. The doctor recommended a few exercises to me, which were all documented as PDF and shared with me through WhatsApp on spot. No unnecessary fuss over registration of new patients, paperwork, etc. I've never met a more professional and organized healthcare team so far. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Naveen and his team!
