★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst CRM at DS Max team.
1. They do not respond to any complaints. Past 3 years roofs are leaking. The team provide cheap and temporary solution. They have ripped the roof inside out.
2. Sales team promised for 2 wheeler parking and a car parking. Now they have not provided 2 wheeler parking.
3. No OC provided so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper response from the builders. All staff members are shameless.. Everytime I complain same response... I regret for buying this property.. initially I was very happy but after facing all ceiling problems, the actual quality is seen. I suggest people not to opt for this builder...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy flats here. There is no water facility, bore not properly provided by builders. they charge maintenance charges more per sq feet. No proper response from the builders after sale to support water problems. the corpus fund which is demanded from the residents is not returned after years at other ds max sites.Do not fall into trap of this builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been an year. Guess every appartment has issues at initial stages but resolving issues is the main part of the builder. Even though they are slow in resolving issues they take individual owner issues on priority to make them comfortable.In every appartment Site engineer will be the key person during maintenance period who takes responsibility on each and every single issue, here he is doing good but can be more faster . Over all 3.25 is the rating from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have many issues here. The management is works on sloth phase. No one takes responsibility on below key issues.
1. All blocks have roof seepage issues (See photos).
2. Two wheeler parking not provided as promised.
3. OC not provided yet. We are into 3rd year.
Note: Don't get trapped by sales team honey dropping lies (parking and OC) and deceptive food they provide when you visit their office.
