★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont tell while receving courier whether service is available at particular village or not . Takes money & after few days , tells us that service is not avaible there . Meantime ur money is wasted & even courier is also lost ... Later on they dont response on phone also ...
Very poor & pathetic service .
Only name is there .... not good service at all .c
Use alternative courier service .
These navi sangvi branch service provider people are very hopeless .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend anyone to use their services. I would rather recommend to use speed post. This is based on personal experience. I sent couriers to Gujarat twice. Once they charged me ₹ 60 and the other time they charged me ₹ 100. Seems like they charge as per their mood. In addition the tracking service is pathetic. It took more than a week for them to deliver the courier. Don't waste your time and money if you are in hurry. They don't care for anything, they do everything as per their convenience.
