★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to watch cricket. One the world's largest cricket ground with internal level of facilities and drainage maintained by CAB(cricket association of Bengal) who chairman is Sourav Ganguly also known as prince of Calcutta and in cricket known as God of Offside.
Eden is Lords of India. Here the spectators are knowledgeable and understands the game very well. The stadium is always packed be it a test, odi or T20.
The pitch is quite a bit assists swing bowlers.
One should come to get the taste of Eden Garden once in a life time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best cricket stadium in the world with lot of seats.
The ground underwent renovation ahead of the 2011 World Cup, during which it was slated to host four group-stage matches, including one between India and England on February 27. However, on January 27, the ICC announced the India v England game would be shifted out of Eden Gardens as they felt the ground would not be ready in time.
