★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhygienic exit gates, the down platform exit literally takes you to right upto someone's toilet gate and the alley is so narrow even 2 people can't walk side by side. A proper exit is very much required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is offside The trains that pass through this station are for Sealdah North Site and South Side connections.The station is very busy with very few passengers All day trains rarely go three or four Sealdah never wants the trains that pass through here This line connects Sealdah South and other sites If one wants to go from south to north, he must cross here if he cannot cross the Sealdah

And you don't find any announcement for the arrival of trains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves few trains connecting the sealdah main with sealdah south line. People from barrackpore can reach Ballygunge without going to sealdah.
Only drawback is there are very few trains.
The station is almost neat and maintained.
The ticket counter opens only before the train arrival time.

The particular station connects Sealdah South and North Section.After the inauguration of Phoolbagan metro value of the Station increase very much.Very few trains passing from the Station.The platforms are used by the morning walkers.Station premises is not so clean and there is rock for the passengers during night time.
