★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patipukur railway station is a small railway station under kolkata circular railway( Dumdum junction - Majherhat ). It is just after Dumdum junction station. It is not too busy staion. But important for the local people. There is only one platform with lack of shade. No Express train stops here. But all local trains stop here. Bongaon Majherhat local , Habra Majherhat local, Naihati Budge budge local , Barackpur BBD bug local stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is on the route of KOLKATA CIRCULAR RAILWAYS. Southward station of Dumdum junction & northward station of KOLKATA terminal. No arrangement for drinking water or toilet. Even the shedded portion of the platform is very less. The railway is operated only in single track which is a great limitation. For this reason the frequency between two train of any direction is very much high. No train is operated after 8 pm and in noon.
