★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place . And it is rail station . ಇದು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ. I have been many times. The public fort festival of Bagbazar is the best fort festival of this place. It looks a lot like Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. This city is located on the banks of the river Ganges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line was commissioned from Dum Dum railway station to Majerhat railway station on 16 August 1984 !! This station is always overcrowded during office hours !!

It have two platform but adjacent at middle.
Up and down lines are opposite side.
Situated near Ganga River.
Environment is so nice.
The fresh air comes from Ganga is awesome.
At the time of sunset it looks gorgeous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a station of Kolkata circular railway. From here to princep ghat the rail line is parallel with ganga. Which is beautiful. You can come here to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset in bagbazar ghat. Beautiful place.

Trains available with connectivity to Majerhat, Princep Ghat, Kolkata Station , Dum Dum Junction. Station has 2 platforms and one ticket counter. Please check train timings in advance especially in afternoon hours.
