When informed the shop they told to visit samsung care and they did not take any responsibility. Worst service ever. So don't recommend this shop. Wanted to give less than one star but there is no option.

After payment is made increased the price of the product.Provided False product and on demanding refund they refused to pay or cancel billing. Also refused to provide money receipt or accessories with product. All salesmen are stealers. They will even pick your pocket. Total fraud. Beware or suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first. Awesome service. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided every information about the products and answered our questions. I was a bit disappointed because they dont have stock of other brands like Asus and Acer. Overall it was a good experience. The price was less than the online price and they also provided a bag, a mouse, a cleaning kit and a keyboard cover. If you want to buy your laptop, dont look for it online, come to this store, look for a guy named Sunil(other staff are not as helpful as him) buy it, youll be satisfied with your deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fast paced work place where we had to make sure that customers need where met and they left the shop happy with what they came looking for. I really enjoyed working there and I believe it was a great experience for me from which I learnt how to make customer happy with great service and a smile even when the place is really busy and you have about ten things happening all at the same time. The team was lovely to work with and very professional too.
