★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good to have DDA flats just for the sake of it but the quality of flats under construction is so poor that ultimately you'll have to get it all re plastid repainted Andre in Zeenat to make it decent you will definitely need to upgrade it to have it inhabitable only thing attractive is like it is well developed and very well planned by the government and at the price which is far more cheaper than the other builder that's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - Rates are genuine. Humble and polite staff. Grand Entrance and lots of open space. Nice flats The place is easily reachable and has ample space for parking.
Cons – Maintenance is not that great. Improper planning of utilising the space. Lots of fallow land, which coulde have been used in an efficient manner. No altrenate routes available. Leakage problem.
