I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore by this travel agency and they arr the worst in the business. Our bus was supposed to leave at 10.45pm but it eventually left at 1.00am in the morning and when we enquired the driver just walked away. And then we were supposed to be dropped near majestic but then they made us get down at Minerva circle and when enquired he started abusing me. Assholes.... They didn't provide the customary water bottle as in any premier bus service. Never ever take this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled from Chennai to Bangalore I had very worst experience when I was board in to the bus yesterday, I was having doubt on seat number then I went fornt and seeking for the help both helper and driver, you know they have replied such rude way sit somewhere else we can't help you now. then I sat on different people's seat after few minutes one geepee travels agent guy came and he guided me that is fine why these people are in the bus, driver ok he can't help in this what about the helper person. worst behavior ever seen there is no prior information about dropping point totally worst journey experience, then in the early morning one incident also happened around 4:50am I was in a deep sleep suddenly window glass has broken into bits and pieces fell on me then I woke up and found due to the poor quality of bus and maintenance this happened me and another co-passanger went to front we are were explaining this think to driver he was not at all listening to our words then he is blaming us and asked us to pay penalty for breaking the glass... Really worst journey experience in my lifetime people pls dont perfer this travels

For God sake don't risk ur life and time.
A big No who books the ticket
1: They never check the bus is in condition to travel long distance as it lost his control while in the middle journey.
It is really very risk and if we asked to get another bus to travel they give irrespective answer.
2. Never reach in time.
3. The drivers are not educated and known about the customer destination point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was on time and that was only the good thing. Once we boarded the bus, first of all the bus was very unclean and unhygienic.The blankets,bedsheet and the pillow on the seat was worst and it seems it wasn't washed for over a month or so. Now the travelling part,the bus started on time but after it reached 100 odd kms the driver suddenly stopped the bus and we came to know that the bus was running without headlights and brakes, and this was the biggest blunder of the travel that they were playing with our lives. Moreover, the driver continued running the bus for more 170km without the brakes and the lights so in total we had been under trouble for about 400km of the journey.The bus information as shown in Yatra App is deluxe AC bus but the AC was not working for almost most part of the journey. These are such irresponsible behavior from the bus operators. We had booked the seats by paying 6.5k amount for 2 seats and the services we got are as worst as hell. We were duped and looted wid our money. The worst part is we reached pune after almost a day traveling in the bus.
Never ever book the seats on this bus if you care about your time and money!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you planned a trip via Geepee Travels, expect that you will be reaching 1 day later once you boarded the bus.. You will be getting 5 min break every now and hen, you can pee if u want!! overall awesome experience we had and i will never book it again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst travel agency. The staff behaviour is the worst. I really had one of the worst traveling experience because of them.
When I reached the boarding point, one of the driver said that my bus has been cancelled so they will transfer me to another bus. I booked a window seat. When I asked the person who was managing seats for a window seat he said we will check it in some time so I waited for an hour. I checked with him for like 3-4 times.
When I asked them again, the driver said that person has gone so go to your seat, we will not do anything and slammed the cabin door on my face.
This is how their staff behaves.
There was not proper contact details to register any complaints.
Even the bus was very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care services. One of my vendor book a package from chennai to Bangalore. I went to take the package. They was no executive available at office, since went for namaza. Ok I respect for that but the store boy informed to wait for 30mits I waited. But not turned up and it was getting late from my other work. When I called head office and asked about this like no alternative person to handle the customer he spoken roudly and telling that we can't keep extra person you have to wait for him. I have full record wht he spoke worst people no professionalism
