★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a regular customer of this shop. Starting with products - their cakes are super delicious - we have tried almost all their cakes and we cannot complain on any of the items. They hold variety of other items which i am sure is quite unique with them. The shop is so well organized and hygienic as well. The owners are really very creative, professional and down to earth - they treat their customers so nicely and they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They have done number of decorations for our events and trust me they have always delighted us. You just need to brief them and they will make sure the decoration is perfect to your requirement. 5 plus star from me and my family. Way to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely wonderful experience with this place.. Their cakes are superb,fresh and super tasty. I urgently required a specific cake and they arranged it within hours as well as got it home delivered at night. Extremely jolly staff as well. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had pre-ordered a cake for my son's birthday. When I went to pick up the cake it was completely different than what I had ordered. The look, the texture.... everything....a complete disaster in short. The owner was not even present when I had ordered the cake but when I was telling the sales lady about the cake looking different, the owner started telling me...no this is the way it is....this is how the final product looks....i only wish I had taken a pic of the cake while ordering it....this review is for glaciers thakur complex kandivli branch. They were my first choice for cake for all occasions but not anymore....they have ruined my son's birthday. Please save ur money and time and order your cake from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in the. Shop at around 1 pm I place told lady to pack white. Forest cake. And. Started shopping other stuff I asked her for. Freshness she said it’s. Fresh I paid total 1500 rs in shop
Bt when I went home she packed vanilla cake which was steal
Lady cheated me I felt hurt I was traveling all the way from bhandup to borivali to give anniversary surprise to my parents but lady has spoiled everything thing .
