If you want to see how beautiful landscape water pressure can create then you have to visit there .. and the wooden bridge on the shilabati river add an extra star on it's beauty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a geographical beauty and wonder , it's quite same with The Grand Canyon on Colorado River . It's a grand canyon over Shilabati River , an incredible landform . Really amazing in view of geographical science. If you want to feel natural beauty then it can't satisfy you .
And the last thing is insufficient road directions , had lot of trouble while approaching there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes Gangani is known as Grand Canyon of Bengal. The place is really scenic and beathtaking. However there's no accommodation nearby. Instead one may stay ar Garbheta (nearest railway station) or Bishnupur (2nd nearest railway station) or even at Joypur Forest. I'm not aware of any other accommodation nearby.

Has got different landscape view in different seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called as the Grand Canyon of Bengal, the place is quite offbeat and does have some beautiful viewing spots right from the top of the boulevard and the riverside as well. The rocks have been eroded and cut away in the pattern present in actual Grand Canyon crafted by river Colorado. The best time to visit would be the monsoon or the winter as the surroundings of the place is arid and gets really hot in the summer. There are a couple of shops at the spot for tea and other packaged and live prepared food.
