★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is OK! Equipment are limited and people have to make a queue to use it. Only two bench press tables which makes very time consuming and disturbs your workout routine. Gets crowded some times and the AC often don't work. The trainers are good and helpful and they even show new workout techniques and give a decent diet without additional charges. Do consider this place to workout if you are planning to do it for few months. Wont recommend it for long term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym with decent equipments. Trainers are supportive and helpful when called upon. It remains open on Sunday as well (5-8pm). Ventilation and air conditioning is all good, with spacious room for floor exercises as well as cardio. But it does not have a ladies trainer which is very important that's why I'm giving four stars.
