Pls teach the guy who sits in your Lokhandwala outlet some manners as to how to talk to paying customers. He might be in a bad mood but it's non of my business. May I suggest some training on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent me a damaged cake for my party. I had to send it back for replacement. I never got the replacement and there's no way of contacting the shop. All numbers get diverted to the central line. And the people at the central line have no way of fixing my issue.
Edit: The replacement cake arrived after the party was over. I sent it back. Still no contact with the shop.

I will never recommend their product. Health & hygeine is a serious concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cakes and pastries.. Well maintained, fresh bakes. All types of payment accepted - Online, Card, Cash. They do take pre orders as well. Customisation available. Tried their choco chip , rich truffle, pineapple and red velvet pastries. They were soft and fresh.

Had a little bitter experience through zomato and the seven bungalows staff wasn’t helpful either.
But a big shout out and thank you to Mr.Subodh the manager of Hangout Cakes & More.A very kind hearted and helpful gentleman who made my day and my parents day very special with his lovely gesture.
Appreciate the efforts put in by him to make my father’s birthday memorable.

Thank to staff as per my requirement & instructions got cake for 1st time order mango cake it was yummy taste is excellent, black Forest also taste was yummy.
My principal was surprised she reached from Goa at 11 oclock night after 5 minutes the cake was delivered she told I didn't order then they said it's from me it was her 60 th birthday was very happy she also told it's was yummy next again tasted black Forest cake. Cake was soft.
Kids too loved mango cake u should consume it same day. It was very yummy?.
Black Forest kids loved it.
They have varieties of cake & many branches in Mumbai.
