Falls a bit on the inside since the DP road is not yet connected to the road approaching the Society main Entrance, So you have to approach from a diffrent direction Which is difficult to find. Good for people who want to rent accommodation here since its cheaper than Pimple Saudagar and just about 1-1.5 km away from Kokane Chowk.
All things available nearby now since the area now has many upcoming residential projects. Hospitals/Grocery Stores/ Garages everything available nearby.

It stinks a lot. That area is not even covered by the society, kids play nearby and it's always a risk to their life.
The security is ok ok. Society has cameras.
2-wheelers are mostly parked anywhere people want to park in.
Main DISADVANTAGE: *The flats are not sound proof. Each flat is connected to 2 other flats. ?
Each floor have 6 flats.
3 on each side. All 3 flats have door at one step distance. ?
No privacy.
People here are more interested in who is visiting you. What are you doing and etc.
The people of the society has a WhatsApp group too where they complains about bachelor for no reason. ?
The location of society is good if your flat is in A1 Tower - back side.
Rating - i thanks google that they don't have values in - negative otherwise i would have rated that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ society is very nice with all the facility available and nice space available surrounding flat, Ample space available to park the vehicle and walking track available. People are so nice and celebrating most of the festivals.
