★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to check for Sonography for my mother who is a senior citizen and they said the clinic is open. When i reached there, they told me that clinic is open but NO DOCTOR to do Sonograpgy. This is despite the fact that i had called to check specifically for Sonography. While clinic supposedly opens at 8.30 AM, there is NO DOCTOR for sonography etc before 9.30 AM or even later.
Caused massive problem as my mother is a diabetic and develops infections on holding urine (vital for her sonography and urine tests). So basically these are insensitive people who have been employed in a medical establishment. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dad as we just needed sonography reports for sake of precaution before operation as per recommened by surgeon.
But Dr. Hemant was not interested because as per him sonography wasnt required at all n even if it is not required we needed it for sake of precaution as asked by surgeon before operation but Dr. Hemant didnt felt the need of it and having no option my father asked let it be and we left.
Pathetic! You cant influence anyone so much to not to do it.
We needed report same day itself which wasnt available any where else that's why we came up to dr hemant centre n unfortunately we didnt got to do sonography as no other places there was availability of dr neither we could have got reports the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother was suffering from breathlessness and bloated stomach since few days.We were recommended to have her checked by Dr.Ajit Shetty who suggested we get her X Ray, Sonography and blood test done and sent us to Hemant Shah X Ray and Sonography Centre.
At Hemant Shah X Ray and Sonography Centre,Dr.Hemant did her sonography and immediately called Dr.Ajit Shetty talking about her problem and said that he is sending her at Suvidha Hospital "NOW".After keeping the phone he told us to take her there immediately. He didn't even make us sit and talk about her problem but was creating a lot of panic saying her kidney has failed.
I was taken aback and asked him again ,then he asked for her blood reports which showed s.creatinine 2.9 that was above the permissible limit and said this high level shows her both kidneys have failed. He kept saying the same thing and pushing us to admit her there now .Even after saying that she didn't have her breakfast because of the sonography process he said "leave it ,she can have it there". We were already concerned about her health and this guy used it to make his profit by creating panic.He was so eager to get her admitted at Suvidha hospital that "he himself kept and arranged all the documents I had given him in my folder" and asked his staff to arrange wheel chair to take my grandmother till the building lift.
I can tell you now, he was thinking about money then and not my grandmother when he behaved this way else he would have taken 5 mins to at least make us understand what is this "s.creatinine 2.9" and what is the problem she is facing and would have given us the time to give her breakfast and discuss and decide what is to be done. But he was aware if he gave us that time we might not take her to his recommended hospital for which he will be getting commission.
After 12 days of "treatment" at Suvidha Hospital my grandmother was discharged as they said they cannot do much with her .One day after her discharge she expired. All these because these closely connected doctors were busy counting the money instead of check for their patient's health.
Just hope that they and their family don't face such fate
