★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 seat from Manali to Delhi on 1st Jan 2019.
Bus departed timely at 6pm and was to reach Delhi by 7am, but got 7hr late inspite of clear traffic.
Faced so many problems in a single journey.
1. Bus condition was very bad with broken suspension, giving lots of jerks.
2. Bus stopped at very pathetic road side restaurant at 11.30pm with very bad service, cold food and very expensive.
3. Inexperience bus driver, drives very slowly.
4. Bus driver took the wrong road, took 7 hours extra to reach to reach, atleast 200km extra distance.
5. Very bad customer care service.
