Good museum to visit if you are a watch lover and if any of your family member owned HMT watches then please take them along. You can take back home a watch as a souvenir. There is a tractor ride also. Worth visiting with your family.

Very neatly maintained place and the entry ticket is 30/- for adults. A walk around this place is nostalgic as we get to know how HMT evolved from its humble beginnings. There is an audio visual treat, however I did not get to see as I visited close to 5.30pm. The section on tractor and watch making is undoubtedly mind blowing. I would recommend visiting this place in the morning as the time spent is worth knowing what HMT accomplished and where is it heading towards.

An excellent history of our country's oldest machinery and watches history and current survival is shown in an extremely very organized and understandable ways to the people. The HMT Heritage center explains it's history how it's evolved since the begining till now. Most of the people aren't aware about this place. It's good to know our own country products like hmt machinery, printers, watches, trackers, etc. It's one of the knowledgeable place to know stuff, which most of us aren't aware of. The making of the watches start from the scratch the iron raw material to dial making, cutting, fixing, assembling the parts of the dails, varities of straps in weather, gold and diamond are explained with the machines and pictorial presentation. Many more to go here!! Within the premises well maintained park.

A very beautiful place . Very well maintained and informative was never aware HMT had a diverse portfolio from dairy production to printing press to ball bearings . Some of the antique watches on display will take you back in time. Specially found the janatha series watched which I had seen while growing up. The tractor manufacturing unit with a break down of different spares was good could explain the kids why gear box is required

If Indian watchmaking was a religion then this would be sacred grounds. Very beautiful museum, there is shop in the premises that sells hmt watches, both mechanical and quartz. If you are interested in mechanical watches and the horological history of watch manufacturing in India, then this is the place.
