★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were super clean. extremely professional housekeeping staff in the time of COVID. The same cleaning staff takes care of you throughout the stay. This makes it a homely experience. In my case, Anuj managed to fix my room and replenish the supplies without any noise as I was in a meeting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great option if you want to stay near the airport area.The front office staff is also good. And give the best service to the guest. Always smile on face. Especially the check in process is very nice and fast.. I'll make sure I check it out again..

Take this as constructive criticism and not a complaint. I have been visiting hotels very regularly for the last 20 years due to the nature of my job, mostly abroad.
This hotel is not bad at all, but the lighting in the room is extremely poor and needs improvement.
Both times that I stayed, the panel next to the desk with various power points was not working. The tall lamp had its plug removed and there was no spare socket to plug it in.
Calling for room service takes 2 to 3 attempts.
This is not how a hotel like Holiday Inn should work.
The staff were friendly, and very accommodating. The food is good, except that the buffet breakfast needs more meat choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel property is located near to the airport and the metro station is just two minutes hop. The staff was a bit confused and it took me long time to check-in. Despite being a platinum elite member and multiple requests for a room with a view, I got a decent room. The room service was fair. The photos of the hotel looked really good on the website vis-a-vis the reality. All in all, a decent stay however, can do better...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed at the hotel before but the guys always make it feel like my first time. From the security, concierge, front desk, restaurant staff and management it's always a pleasure. I stayed at the hotel twice before my international flight. Would like to thank Animesh and his team for a comfortable stay. Such was the great service some international friends are currently staying for 11 nights even after my departure. Thank you Delhi Holiday Inn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 10 days. Food was served in room as I was in quarantine before taking international flight. Quality of food was not good and below par as per 5 star hotel standards. Room was ok. cleaning Staff was friendly. For any other work or queries you had to call 2-3 times to get things sorted out. Overall average hotel compared to the amount they are charging. Many good hotels available near by. Hope they do justice to there high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, here are some of the pointers for fellow travelers:
1. Due to covid the restaurant was not open and the breakfast was delivered to room. However, the options for breakfast were very restrictive. You could only choose between 'Indian' and 'Western'.
2. The sockets within hotel were very lose and there was just 1 socket that we could use to charge our phones.
3. Bathroom is separated from bedroom using a glass wall and it is transparent. So if you are not visiting with your partner, it will be an issue. We asked for snap on curtains and they kept on falling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful property, welcoming atmosphere, cordial staff, valet parking was available. Great room, with nice view. Had an extremely pleasant short stay worth the money spent.
Only issue we faced was a delay of around 1 hour for the luggage to be delivered in room. Also, we felt that the rooms were not adequately sound proofed.
Anyways, looking forward to stay here again soon and recommended.
