Thanks to Mr Raju Ranjan Singh who let them go from this hotel otherwise we can't slept at night ... Thanku Regards subrato

The staff over there was not cooperative they don't know how to talk to the customers. they Didn't have Blankets and they Didn't give us drinking water... The A.C. in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. Staff were unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! At the middle of the night when we where going for complain to the manager, the manager said that to leave the room.. At 9p.m of that night we had to leave that lodge... Very very bad.... Dont go over there...
D	Debraj Mukherjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience If you are thinking of going ghatshila and want to know about this hotel is good for stay or not, then you can get an honest opinion from me I recently visited ghatshila and decided to stay here with my friends ,service of hotel employs are worst, air conditioner was not working at all but they charge extra money for that lastly some people started to banging the door at midnight overall it's a disastrous nightmare for us. I will suggest everyone not ever visit this place or your worst fears will become true.+ the owner's behaviour is very worst, he doesn't know how to behave with their guests.
