★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good hotel. It was a astonishing place with beautiful hall. I ordered many dishes and it came very fast and the food was awesome. The room service was very Swift and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is super bad. We didn't get towel even after requesting for several times. Food is good but overly priced. One or two staffs are not well behaving. But location is very good. One star only for the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, rooms are disgusting, dirty, manager's behavior is very bad, location is good but overall hotel is beautiful bad. Rates are too high, fans are another working properly. Please don't stay in it his hotel, your holiday will be totally mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel ....... reasons for such remark:- A)stinging smell comes from the room . B)voltage fluctuation is common especially at night which produces growling sound from fans C)unhygienic D) all taps are leaking. E)Rooms are dirty and congested . F) furnitures are broken. G) no remote is there to control AC. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star.However, the food quality of the restaurant of this hotel aka Too maaach baangali is good. Hence i am giving one star wate Front and back side of room is dumping ground of garbage. There is always a filthy and unbearable smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel! Worst hotel ever visited. I visited digha recently and booked 2 rooms here. Firstly I asked for one day occupancy, the receptionist denied straight away in a harsh tone that "I won't allow for two day, either u go or book for two days. Considering I was new to the town and was with family I was forced to book room for 2 days. After that he asked me to pay the whole amount only then, I again said that I will give some advance and pay rest amount on checkout. To which he almost quaralled for an hour and after that agreed. I went to the room, room no. 303 has window AC and doesn't works at all, when I complained the same receptionist arrogantly replied that it cools slow, we can do nothing to it. Again when after one hour I complained the and said to change the room, he arrogantly replied that we can do nothing and will see tomorrow. I then asked to review the room charges as the AC is non functional, to this he thrashed me almost and said we have given you ac room, we will charge for that only. I was almost taken aback and was forced to pay the whole amount. It was my part of experience. I wouldn't prefer giving one star to room as well. Just giving the feedback for others to be aware of the hotel. The worst hotel I have ever visited. If u r planning to visit digha, please be aware of the facts and then choice is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is having worst infrastructure. Room doesn't have wooden bed. It is having concrete bed. No room service. Room doesn't have wardrobe to keep clothes. Room doesn't have side sofa. Cloth holder is bathroom are broken. In my 3 days stay, no one has changed bedsheet and water. Front and back side of room is dumping ground of garbage. There is always a filthy and unbearable smell. We spend 3 days in closed room. Not at all suitable for decent family. Previous ratings are fake and given by their own person to increase rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Experience is very bad. This place is not for decent family.It is Ok for unmarried couple who want just a room for quick f**k. There were bottles of wines under the bed. You can easily find used condoms in balcony. Even the staffs are not good. Women from decent family will not feel comfortable in this hotel. So my advice is not to go there. I have just visited from 3rd Jan 2018 to 6th Jan 2018.
