★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The behaviour of the staffs was very polite especially the Manager is a gem of a person. Food quantity is limited but no compromisation with the quality. Service could have been better although.
Overall very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is good. Got the NON-AC room Booked the room a month earlier, so the cost was comparatively low. The hotel is 20-25 minutes ride from Digha junction. Prefer anything for travel but e-rickshaws (toto)! I will list the pros and cons here. Pros:1. Hotel is clean and maintenance is good.2. Hassle-free check-in 3. The hotel manager looked very professional. 4. Food is good, with separate space for dining. 5. Room service is OK. 6. The old sea beach is 4 minutes walk from the hotel. 7. Check in time 11am. Check out time 10am. Cons:1. The room we got was a bit congested.2. If your budget allows, book AC Rooms. Otherwise the non ac rooms may feel suffocating.3. You can not just get food anytime you wish. After ordering, you have to wait for at least 1.5 hours. Food from the outside is recommended, since one should explore the outside hotels and restaurants. Conclusion: As you can see, the pros are more in numbers than the cons. The hotel is a good option, with a reasonable budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience was preety good the behaviour of the staff and the manager as well was too good, as the cook and the service boy was very good in behaviour and they have co operated with us very well . And me and my family basically loves the homely food that we get in the hotel with a very cheeper price and the overall experience was preety good.
As a family they use to take care like when we have ordered for lunch or dinner whenever the dinning area use to be empty they use to call us and notify for having lunch in the very busy schedule as well it was really a good experience that we got as a family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best budget hotel in old Digha. this is the 4th time I stayed in this hotel. 5 minutes walking from the sea beach and not so crowded. the rooms r good and the washroom also. I suggest trying foods of this hotel it's really good and the behavior of staff very helpful. the hotel location is far away from the crowd of old digha. couple can spends good time in near beach which is 5 mint walking from hotel. rooms are good and spacious, hassle free service. they also deliver foods to the rooms also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is just little bit away from the noisy ,busy and crowded old Digha. Staffs and manager are very friendly. Good Sea beach for bathing is just 5/6 minutes away. Good food, you can eat according to your wish, just tell them 2 hrs before. Food quality is very very good. This was my first visit and I will be there next time too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my 2 year old son and wife. The best part of the hotel is the manager and all the staffs, they are very polite and helpful. The property is very good and we had a great time. Their hotel food is just very good and tasty. My best wishes to Cosy Inn!
We have a very good stay in the hotel, and the food was very good, and staff behaviour is very kind. I felt at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - Staff are really good and proactive in this hotel. Walking distance from beach.
Even Uncle at reception, I believe he was the owner (not quite sure) seemed to be an intellectual. It is indeed a budget friendly hotel.
Cons - I know that your business was affected due to this pandemic but people spend their hard earned money to get something good in return, please fix your tap water (I was bathing and suddenly no water from the tap, that's disgusting).
Your tap water contains iron.
Utensils can be cleaned better, seemed unhygenic.
Cockroach in bathroom.
Uncle (at reception) if you read my review, it was a nice talk with you and thank you for your blessings on my wife's birthday.
It's an honest review please fix the shortcomings and trust me your business will grow.
