★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really needs repair got stuck in lift twice the pool is nice but very the stairs to that are broken and rusted with holes through and the rooms are not clean at all everything had stains food is overpriced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite good in terms of the rooms. They're clean, big & well maintained but the overall management is unsatisfactory. The staff members are not welcoming & the food is overpriced. Even for the complimentary breakfast they serve for the sake of serving unlike other hotels within this room-price range.
I would recommend for a good search over New Digha where you can get better hotels with better location(Sea Facing) with better pricing as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked few rooms for our family trip with an advance payment of 5000/- . However due to increasing covid cases, we cancelled the trip due to lockdown. We abide by the law imposed by our government. However hotel authorities are not ready to refund the amount. Instead they are giving a capping of 3 months which means they have tendency of doing fraud with their own customers.
Such renowned organization can't even afford to refund 5000 bucks to their customers in case of such emergencies.
This is not done!!!
Please do not visit this place.
