β β β β β The location of hotel is very good. It is beside Digha Taxi Stand & opposite to palacial building of Irrigation Dept's Inspection Banglow, Govt. Of West Bengal surrounded by beatiful garden. There are sea view roomey s & non sea view rooms also. Sea view rooms are excellent. You can view sea right from your bed. Non sea view rooms are cosy. All rooms are well decorated, attached bathrooms are fitted with modern amenities. They have no dining room. But they supply good food right from their kitchen to your room. All the rooms are with tables for this purpose. Staffs are cooperative. In one word it will be enjoyable to stay there.

Cons..1)If in digha you want calmness then this hotel is not for you. Because this hotel is in front of road.thats why whole day and night you feel noise of car horn.2)No geyser in bathroom 3) No option in breakfast only kachori and sabji. 3) No hand mad tea in morning breakfast only limited tea bag one tea bag for one day. 4) if you are in honeymoon with your loved one you want to spend some memorable time forget this because I never seen in my life too much hard mattress you will feel you are lying on ply board. 5) If you arectravelling with your family and you gave your old parents remember there is no lift you have to work with your legs to 3rd floor
6)No courtesy on welcome to you on reception. Even there is no one to carry your luggage to room from reception.
7) No resturant attach with hotel. 8) in a day three to fpur times T.V will not work.
9) At night you will see you are feeling hot inside because ac is not working properly then you are searching the reason then you feel lots of dust in ac and it is not cleaned from 1 month then you do that yourself.
Pros... 1 ) Very close to sea beach
2)complimentary minearel water only 1 ltr
3 )Tea coffee maker in room
4) King size bed
5) big room bathroom and TV
6)Staff is polite
7) Nice decorated room with sofa wardrobe dressing table tea table balcony etc

β β β β β Very Bad Staffs.... Even after confirm booking they will ask to pay extra money otherwise they won't give you any room .... They have made this as their business.... Don't get fooled by staying in this cheap Hotel.
Even OYO customer service can't help me out. Finally have to stay in some other hotel....

β β β β β Hotel is in good location. But OYO is a disaster. I paid 2000 for rooms. But after arriving in hotel, they cant provide any rooms unless i need to pay more 2000. So i paid 4000. OYO didnt help at all. Worst service. No breakfast served. Its a mess. I need refund or ill take an action for fraud soon.

β β β β β Well, upon coming to Digha, i got to know singles aren't allowed here, perhaps due to possibility of suicides (Seriously? Can't one person just enjoy their own company?). Anyway, I went to the police station and the half friendly, half weird police officer sent me to one of his known hotels where they allowed to be stay. Rooms aren't quite great. The location is good but the staircases, terrace rooms are quite dirty. Not appealing. But the room I'm in right now seems okayish. Doable.

β β β β β The administration of this hotel is too low. Price is high but the service is poor. I spent a whole day with out any electricity and water. The only best thing is the view from the balcony. Sea facing rooms are very good. but the service is too poor.

β β β β β I must say it was a pathetic experience. It's been only a day me and my husband been there. We booked this hotel through OYO website, however it was utterly ridiculous. The fellow at the so called front desk did not have the basic decency to speak nor attend a customer. Since the payment was already made as the hotel was prior booked, the fellow was asking us to pay the lodging rent. Not only so , he also refused to provided us with the stipulated room which we booked and in return was offering us with a non AC room at a higher rate.
Later on he indeed kept on convincing us to book for another room which was a honeymoon suite. On the contrary the OYO service on the other hand superseded their assistance. To get our issue fixed we called up the OYO, and they kept us on hold every time we called them and later disconnected the call. However they lastly were hooking up their own story to make up for the flaws they left and was asking us whether they could arrange for an alternative option.
If you are maintaining a website,make sure you maintain your service as well as your protocol. If this is so then i can assure then the profit making policy wont lead you to a long way.

Good - staff behaviour, food (they will cook your fish/chicken/mutton), views from terrace, 1st floor rooms
Bad - Top floor room quality as water will drip from ceiling in rain, cleanliness, building maintenance, they might ask money for anything, overpriced for the available quality
