★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good stay for us, food was very tasty but I feel the room decor and bathroom need a lot of maintenance. When you pay 2000 per night per room then you expect really a great look and feel with cleanliness where I felt it was just ok/satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renovation the room conditions are far far better than my earlier stay. We enjoyed a lot there with our children. I must suggest others for booking these hotel. All the staffs are very familiar and friendly. Would like to stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent property. The property is extremely well maintained. The staffs are very friendly. We stayed there for 3 days with our 1.3 years old twin babies. The way the staffs helped us within their limits are just awesome. I never saw any staff not having mask on their face.
After we returned back to home we received a call from them NOT asking for review but to know we have reached home safely or not have we faced any trouble during coming back? Which touched our hearts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from Dighali tourist lodge with a wonderful experience. Neat and clean spacious airy room with proper maintenance in this covid period made us glad. The best part of their lodge is fresh and tasty food. They also supply food as required. Helpful and co-operative staffs. Will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were quite good and spacious. The waiters & room service was up to the mark. They strictly follow COVID protection protocols and every room is sanitised properly.
But, the food was pretty average, no salt at all.
Complimentary breakfast had just 3 options & that too same in consecutive days!
And, the worst part is that tea is for free but coffee is not!
Hope, next time I visit here, such problems will be rectified and have a better experience. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean and spacious rooms. The food is homely and flavourful. Most notably the attitude of all the staffs are very welcoming that makes the guests feel at home. I will definitely stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't change the pillow covers and bed-sheets on daily basis. They give a set menu as Complimentary Breakfast, can't ask for more eventhough you are hungry. The service-staffs are very co-operative. The ambience is very good. The room is very neat and tidy. The food is very tasty and sufficient amount is served. The overall experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with most other tourism properties by West Bengal Govt this one also feels very homely. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with basic needs. The price may seem on the higher side for most people, this seems fair based on the location advantage and the management behaviour.
The location though not sea facing or something like that, it is 2mins away from the beach. Now coming to the food, it was superior quality compared to most other restaurants nearby. The non-veg preparations deserve nice compliments.
Overall with a nice lawn and a location slightly away from the crowded bazaar area, this property deserves a solid thumbs up.
